There was a well-appointed room with balcony. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, near to the so called „ Paradise Beach “, the sea at MIRAMARE and the beach area. It also was really in the center.

The hotel offers omelette and eggs in the morning. The rooms are modern and spacious, have hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The location is marvellous and super, at a moderate distance from Ksamil Islands. And it's nestled in a new building just next door to town center, the bus stop to Saranda / Butrint and nearby restaurants.

I truly enjoyed food and rooms of this hotel. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, a laptop-size safe and a sitting area. They offered ironing at no cost too. Moreover, parking was on-site.

The staff were caring, the hotel was spotless, breakfast was extensive. The room had a laptop-compatible safe, flat-screen TV and a dining area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. They made my stay pleasant! Absolutely perfect location to Vivar Kanal.
